This week has been a WHIRLWIND! I have been participating in The Profitable Blogging Summit. Every day there have been 5-6 30-minute videos to watch on different blogging and online business topics. The information has been great and the facebook group has been really helpful.
The session on branding was really helpful where you always use the same 2-3 fonts on every image you create. I’m always changing it up to what I feel like and that isn’t really the best for branding.
There was also a good session on facebook live. I may start doing that on my facebook pages soon…even though I am not the best person on video.
Don’t ask me how many podcasts I have to listen to. Due to all the blogging videos I’ve been watching I haven’t listened to ANY podcasts…so I have about 20 hours of podcasts….I probably won’t be listening to all of them…oops.
I have a 3 day weekend this weekend! I am going o the National Conference for Catechetical Leadership on Sunday and Monday. I’m super excited for Monday as the keynote is Father Dave Dwyer from Busted Halo! I saw him do a parish mission a few years ago and he was great! I’ve also listened to Busted Halo on and off for a few years as well.
Tonight a bunch of us who are part of the Catholic Women Scopes group will be periscoping about several different Marian Apparitions. I chose Our Lady of Pontmain. I have never heard of her before so google is my friend and I’ll be doing some research all about her. A lot of the Apparitions that are on the list I haven’t heard of so I’m looking forward to learning more about them. I like Mary but I don’t know a lot about all her feast days and apparitions.

I’m @BethAnnesBest on periscope.
I cannot wait till next month when the Jim Gaffigan show comes back. I saw a video yesterday that Jeanie and Jim Gaffigan gave a commencement speech at CUA. It was great! I loved how they talked about all their dreams but in the end the most important thing was love and family.
I haven’t participated in the Not Alone Series the last few weeks as the topics were really rough for me to think about. But go visit Lindsay and read the posts about communication.
I am FINALLY starting to feel like normal. I got this really bad flu like cold about 2 weeks ago. I had the chills and a fever and then I just had a really bad cough/congestion for the last 2 weeks.
Today is the first day I feel like normal and it’s wonderful! I feel human again!! YAY!! I still have a little bit of a cough but it’s not too bad.
I hope everyone has a great weekend! Got a bunch of #adulting to do aka laundry and getting ready for my conference trip.
