As fast as my temp job started it ended. At the end of “training” you had to pass these qualifying tests, which I bombed (It didn’t help that everything was confidential and they wouldn’t let you take any of the materials home to look over). Many people that I had talked to and did this same temp job last year said the standards were 10x harder this year. They said it is one of their hardest projects. In a way I’m glad I didn’t qualify (even though I desperately need the money) because I think that job would have been SOOOOOO STRESSFUL I would have gone crazy. They do have work at home opportunities and a Science project in May that they will contact me about.
Have I mentioned we’re moving? HAHA I think I’ve mentioned it for the last few weeks. I HATE moving, packing, unpacking, etc. Which is pretty sad since I have moved about 15 times in the past 10 years. My Dad always said you should move every 5 years so you get rid of stuff (this only works if you actually go through stuff as you pack and not just move your junk around). The plus side to not getting qualified for the temporary job I can take my time packing everything up and moving everything and not stress out about it while working. We are probably going to start packing and moving this weekend.
Plus side to moving:
This isn’t the view out our window but we have access to this Fishing Pier. Does anyone know how to fish? I may have to learn just because I can! Plus our new place is close to the  pretty white sandy beaches that we like 🙂 I hate the summer heat but I LOVE the beach! More pictures to come!
I finally accomplished one of my Blogging New Years Resolutions. Which was to start posting more deals and to figure out how different reward sites work. On monday I posted a post on Superpoints. If you want an easy way to make a few extra dollars a month Superpoints is one way to do it. It may not seem like a lot but over time you could earn hundreds of dollars! Thank you Mandi for helping me figure out Superpoints!
In last weeks Quick Takes I talked about my Leap Day Disney Trip. But I forgot to mention something some-what cool that happened. One evenings we met a man staying at the hotel whose family was in Orlando for the Make A Wish program. I’ve always heard about the program but didn’t realize that they don’t stay at the park there is a complex in Kissimmee. He is divorced and the Make A Wish Program put him in the hotel we were staying in. I kind of felt bad for him because his ex-wife was supposed to split time in the Make A Wish hotel and his ex-wife had a fit so he didn’t get to spend any overnights in the hotel with his daughter. Good News though his daughter is 8 months in remission keep her in you’re prayers.
For the past few weeks I have been posting deals. This week I posted them throughout the week verses all on Wednesday. Any preferences so I can plan?
Back In January we went to the Interactive Connections conference and one of the presenters showed this video. It’s my Mom’s favorite video right now. She keeps showing it to me over and over again. It is really cute hope you enjoy:

Cute song! Although I must admit, I immediately began thinking of how a similar song could be made with God and Cat lmao! (For the record, I came up with nothing. There’s probably a reason for that.)
HAHA well it works because Dog is God backwards and God is Dog backwards. I think the word is palindrome?
Yeah there are no good faith words that rhyme with cat! Cat, Mat, Pat, Lap lol
Sorry about the tests for the job. But yay for not working in such a stressful environment. I always pray for God to open and close doors when it comes to decisions like these. Good luck!
#7: So sweet. My three year old, the musically inclined one, was entranced. And it went a little like this with him:
“D-O-G, D-O-G, D-O-G, car.”
hehe it’s a cute video glad you he/she enjoyed it!
