So apparently Advent started Yesterday….I have seriously failed myself as a blogger this Advent (okay not really…I’m too hard on myself sometimes).
I pride myself as being the cool blogger with awesome Advent and Lent link-ups and series..and this year I got nothing…I am going to blog a bit about Jesse Tree’s and such and I got awesome ornaments from a Jesse Tree Swap for it but you see I went out of town for Thanksgiving and then this is finals week so I doubt I’ll get anything Christmas or Advent out of storage till the weekend so my “Advent Jesse Tree” series I will be doing probably won’t start until the 2nd week of Advent.
One thing I really like doing during Advent is to keep an advent calendar. I really LOVE these calendars that you color or draw in for each day. It’s really meditative and calming to color each day a different color. You can also draw pictures. Go here to print your own.
