We are officially in the 3rd week of Lent. How did everyone’s meals go last week? Everyone has been posting such great ideas! I hope it is giving everyone a lot of good ideas to try over the next few weeks. I am going to use the same code each week. I tested it out and it let me add several links using my same email address. So if you posted a meal last week and want to again it should work. If you have any issues just leave a comment and I will change the code.
Last week we were boring and had things that I already posted about (Egg Salad & Tomato Basil Soup). So here are some yummy meals from Pinterest.
Avocado Salad. This looks really different. I LOVE Avocado’s and want to try to make these someday.
This is a recipe for yummy grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. If you make the tomato basil soup make sure to use vegetable broth (if you plan on eating it on Fridays)!
These are Zucchini Oven Chips. I LOVE Fried foods. These looked really good. They have a similar recipe to how we fry our eggplant parm. I think the hardest part of this recipe will be finding zucchini’s of the right size. Most zucchini’s are really small. I may have to wait till the summer and they are more regularly in season.
