HELLO from Savannah, GA!!!!!!! (well depending on what time you are reading this) This weekend I’m in Savannah with the wonderful ladies from the Not Alone Series Link-Up having tons of fun getting to know each other IN REAL LIFE.
Your text here. I’m officially HALF-WAY done with my #Photo365 project. I’m impressed I’ve been able to keep it up. I need to do a better job in the next few months of finding things to photograph that isn’t food or cats because for real that’s all I took pictures of the last few weeks. I got my June Photo365 post up earlier this week and joined it with Jenna’s TL;DR link-up.
I have another giveaway going on this week! Go to this post for your chance to win a $100 Amazon Giftcard!
I had a temp job for the last few weeks. Today was my last day. I’m kind of glad it’s over because it wasn’t the most thrilling of jobs but was nice to have some income for a few weeks and some experience. I applied for a TON of jobs at the school district that I’m hoping I hear about soon (the schools were closed this week). Hopefully next week I start hearing something because the jobs are supposed to start in August… /end boring quick take about job searching.
This week I went to a Theology of the Body video series. Well apparently it’s the series you’re supposed to do after the introduction one (which I haven’t really done). Man Theology of the Body is some DEEP STUFF. The people there said something to me because I didn’t say a lot in the discussion and I just told them that it kind of went over my head and was hard for me to understand…….#TOBFAIL (although they agreed)
The Saint Anne Novena started yesterday since her feast day is next week (July 26). For some reason this year I saw a TON of people mention the novena. I remember hearing about it last year but in one or two groups (if that). This year I saw it posted in at least 3 facebook groups, on twitter, in forums, on blogs etc. Or maybe this year I am just in WAY more catholic circles than I was last year. I am saying it this year which is good but I just thought it was interesting how advertised it was this year or maybe that is Gods way of making sure I know about it and say it ha.
My friend tweeted about this earlier in the week. It is a store in London that has a mirror in the dressing room that gives you COMPLIMENTS. In the article they are debating whether it is AWESOME or ANNOYING. I think it would be awesome the first time and after that it would be annoying and something you just tune out. What do you think?
