Friday is FINALLY HERE!! Every since Memorial Day these 5 day weeks have dragged on!! Looking forward to relaxing, going to the beach (if it doesn’t rain), and finishing my room this weekend. (I started last weekend but ran out of “supplies.”)
I did some Couponing this week. I saved 45% between Publix and Winn Dixie. I spent $110 and saved $140. It was a pretty good run since I got some fruits, vegetables, meat, and many items that were ON SALE but didn’t have any coupons like Sorrento Cheese was BOGO (but there are currently no coupons). I still need to go to CVS to get an iTunes giftcard. They are currently having a sale if you buy a $50 iTunes giftcard you get $10 Extra Care Bucks back. I’ve been meaning to get LION for my mac, some songs and maybe some apps anyway.
Speaking of CHEESE…I specifically bought it because I am going to make this dish this weekend!

One of my #CathSorority sisters, Mandi @ The Catholic Newlywed, found this HILARIOUS thread on a catholic forum. The people are discussing if/how mermaids are baptized. The theories are pretty entertaining.
Do you LOVE flipflops? How cool are these flip flops I found on etsy?
They have all different colors, symbols, and sizes. You can get them customized to say anything you want. I think some #CathSorority or #iUseNFP flip flops would be pretty cool.
Have you read anything interesting in blog land? I’m currently reading Jamie’s story of how she met her husband while walking across the country for life. It is VERY inspiring and VERY interesting! I can’t imagine walking 20 miles a day for 3 months!
I don’t know if I mentioned this but the company I work for is having an organizational analysis to see how efficient we are or aren’t. Each employee had to take an assessment and be interviewed by the evaluator. I had my interview on Wednesday and was a little nervous since I am sooo new to the company and am not very good at interviews anyway. I really had nothing to worry about. She was really nice and I was really honest with her that I hadn’t worked at the company long enough to make an evaluation on some of the questions. I hope we get a lot of good information from the assessment and it helps the company become more efficient. If anything maybe I’ll get health benefits out of the deal. One can dream…

Those flip flops are adorable! Enjoy the great land of cheesy goodness.

I used to have some kind of religious flip flops in high school that the sisters at The Catholic Shoppe gave to me and Lacy (from Catholic Icing). Yes, we were the nerd teenagers who hung out at The Catholic Shoppe LOL!!! I don’t remember what they said (she might), but they were awesome. Then my sister gave me “I Do” ones for the honeymoon that were equally as cute!

Now I was think “#cathmen” and “R #cathtastic” would be a good combo.

Your welcome!! I’m loving the story ๐
Love the flip flops, and I love your coupon savvy life. I need to poke around your blog more to get some tips. I spend WAY too much on groceries.
Also, I have been praying for you every day about your review ๐
