I am seriously going crazy I thought I started writing this post 3 days ago and it wasn’t in my drafts…I think I started writing it in my head or in a dream but not in reality….
*Rant warning* This week I had orientation for school and it was a complete waste of time! I was so annoyed b/c I had to take the morning off work to go and 90% of the things they talked about didn’t even pertain to the degree I am going for and the counslor I needed to talk to was at a different campus that day! So now I pray that she will either help me over the phone, via email, or before or after work so I don’t have to take more time off work.
To make matters worse when my sister went to schedule her orientation they offerred her a 4pm time which would have been better for me since I only would have taken 90 minutes off work verse 3 hours….*end rant*

This week I had my blog hosting transferred from Godaddy to RFE Hosting. They were really fast, efficient, and great in the whole process! A day after they transferred and I updated all the name-servers on my domains all my websites were working fine except THIS ONE (weird). I responded to the IT person’s message and within MINUTES they had the problem resolved!! I highly recommend them and I got a great rate! Let me know if you need hosting I can shoot you in the direction for a deal 🙂
Speaking of computer problems. Is there a saint for technology/computers/tech problems? This week at work we had a ton of computer problems. Granted we got a new server and such but man it’s not fun plus my computer has been SUPER SLOW at work which is just irritating. It doesn’t help that at home I have 4gb of ram and at work I only have 1gb of ram 🙁 the IT guy just says i’m just impatient haha.
P.S. IT guys are the most mellow and patient people I have EVER MET! I swear they need a direct pass to heaven. I don’t know how they do it! We call all freaking out and they are all oh no problem I will fix that by doing xyz and they go with it! I wonder if that is why most IT support are men and not women…
Remember last week one of my takes was about a Giraffe that was in Labor? Well Autumn the Giraffe had her baby earlier this week!! I found an “Autumn Watch” facebook group and everyone was keeping watch on her.
It was actually pretty comical my sister literally WALKED into my room and looked at my computer screen right as the baby was born and totally FREAKED OUT/got grossed out. She was all omg that is sooo gross what are you watching? Then 5 minutes later she was all send me the link so I can watch it on my computer!! Even though it was a tad gross it was really cool to see. Then after the baby was born we were all watching the baby move and take it’s first steps…I felt like I was watching Bambi.
This week 5 people showed up to Theology on Tap w00t! One of my favorite priests was the speaker and he did a good job. Even though I wish more men young adults would come it was kind of nice to do it in a small group setting and was more of a discussion than a lecture.
So this is my 7th Quick Take on the 7th Volume of my 7 Quick Takes on this blog . I thought that was really cool because I’m weird with numbers like that and most of you non-numbers people probably now have headaches 🙂

I so wish I could have seen Autumn! I would click over and check every once in a while, but I just never got to see it happen! Congrats to that cool giraffe!
To your list of patient people, I would like to add soccer coaches and referees for the little, little kids. They are so patient trying to coach/ref a game where nobody even knows which direction they are supposed to be going!
